2. Time: From the 1^st January to the 4^th January 2010

3. Space: Dalat city and Duc trong district

II. CONTENT:

A. KEY PROGRAMS:

1. Preparation for Dalat Flower Festival 2010

Time: From July 2009 to January 2010

Content: Finishing infrastructure for all events of the Festival; planting flowers at every household, office, school, etc…located in Dalat and Duc Trong district.

2. Flower spaces

a. The display model named “Dalat - The city of thousands of flowers”:

Time: From August 1^st 2009 to January 5^th 2010

Place: Surface of Xuan Huong lake

b. Dalat - Flower streets, flower towers

Time: From December 16^th 2009 to January 5^th 2010

3. Dalat Flower market day - 2010

Time: January 2^nd to 4^th 2010

4. Display of flower and international ornamental plants - Dalat 2010:
